Restoration Hardware : Digital Creative Lead
As the Creative Lead for Digital Production, I served as the primary owner and process strategist for a proprietary digital asset library, linking and publishing over 175,000 photos, product visuals, and eCommerce assets. In collaboration with the Director of Technology, I co-led the development of a custom content management system that streamlined communication, enhanced accessibility, and improved cross-functional output across departments for seasonal product assortments.
I oversaw the successful execution of high-impact web marketing initiatives—including holiday, outdoor, and seasonal launches—on the eCommerce platform. I managed a team of four digital production artists, ensuring consistency in product details across retouching, while overseeing edit workflows, asset configuration, and issue tracking for all digital product photography.
Our eCommerce digital team was responsible for preparing, optimizing, and publishing new imagery and assets across all digital channels, including email, site, and promotional touchpoints.
In addition to my leadership role, I also served as an email campaign designer for this luxury home brand. I designed and produced interactive campaigns, banner ads, and product pages to support key marketing initiatives, such as seasonal launches, new brand rollouts, and promotional events—contributing to the brand’s growth of over 70% during my tenure.
